Designer
(May 2013 - July 2013)
London, England | Berlin, Germany

A team of designers in the UK (UCA, final year Masters students) and Germany (from HTW) got together to create a sustainable collection of clothing which showcased in the Mercedes Bens fashion week in Berlin S/S 2014.

What started as an individually accomplished branding project for Intatex Pvt. Ltd. gained a rather positive response from the owner Mr. A. Harper and paved way to entering the prestigious MBFW.
Intatex, a European military surplus garments wholesale distributer, sponsored the material for the show. Selected some of these surplus garments, deconstructed them and reconstructed them again to form runway-worthy fashion ensembles.

The prime idea was to take military surplus garments and reconstruct them as fashion ensembles. Thereby reusing what would otherwise be considered waste.
